LABORATORY DATA: His initial laboratory values included hemoglobin of 11.2 which is stable, white count of 11.5. Urinalysis showed multiple red cells. No white cells. Creatinine is not available at the time of this dictation. Urine is light pink, without clots. BUN is high.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:
GENERAL: He is currently comfortable, ambulating, and afebrile.
VITAL SIGNS: Within normal limits. He is a good historian.
HEENT: Unremarkable.
HEART: Regular rate and rhythm without murmurs.
CHEST: Clear.
ABDOMEN: Soft. He has no suprapubic mass.
GENITALIA: Penis is circumcised without lesions. There is indwelling Foley Catheter.
EXTREMITIES: Show good peripheral pulses.
NEUROLOGIC: He seems to be grossly intact with decreased sensation in the lower extremities.
