Module 6 - Transcribed Documents

Welcome to the Transcribe Documents section! Posted here are the final transcripts of the training audio files. Go through these final transcripts and compare them with your transcribed documents. Jot down all the errors and make a note of them. As a Trainee MT, you are supposed to first transcribe the audio files by yourself and then go over these transcripts. This will increase your accuracy and speed.

Section - I - This section has the final transcripts from Section I of training audio files. You can compare your transcript with these final transcripts.

Section - II - This section consists the final transcripts for abbreviation audio dictations. Please compare your transcribed abbreviation with these transcripts. Try to remember these abbreviations as they are very frequently used by physicians.

Section - III - The physical examination is one of the most important aspects of a medical dictation. As a medical transcriptionist, you will come across this at almost every medical recording. This section has the final transcripts for the physical examination audio dictations. Go through these final transcribed documents after you have transcribed the audio files on your own.
